Since 2018, we have been a trusted name in the industry, providing premium staying solutions for a diverse range of tenants, including students and working professionals. With a 90% occupancy rate for PG tenants annually, we currently manage two properties with nearly full occupancy. Looking ahead, we plan to expand our capacity by 200% in the coming year to meet the growing demand."
